### Motivation

Support prefix in front of port names to abide by Istio protocol rules
https://istio.io/latest/docs/ops/configuration/traffic-management/protocol-selection/#explicit-protocol-selection

### Modifications

Support adding a prefix
- pulsar -> tcp-pulsar
- pulsarssl --> tls-pulsarssl etc
