Update Helm Chart Documentation (#6725)

*Motivation*

The current helm chart is lacking documentation. This pull request aims to add documentation.

*Changes*

- Update Helm chart documentation
- Add a get-started section with Helm chart
- Remove the documentation of using yaml files.
