Update appVersion to 2.6.0 (#36)

*Motivation*

based on [helm documentation](https://helm.sh/docs/topics/charts/),
the `appVersion` is the version of the app that this contains. Since the repo
is using 2.6.0 image, update `appVersion` to 2.6.0
